Group Events
Guidepoint typically holds over 250 group meetings annually, including meetings at conferences and regional breakfast and lunch meetings in major cities. These events are open to all Guidepoint Global Clients.
- Regional Meetings: Attend group lunch and breakfast meetings in major cities, discussing timely topics
- Conferences: Attend group meetings and guided exhibit and facility tours with Advisors
- Teleconferences: Discuss current topics with an Advisor on a group conference call
Custom Meetings
Guidepoint's events management team works directly with Clients on a variety of in-person meetings, including:

January 20, 2012 (New York) - Prostate Cancer and RCC
Breakfast Meeting with Doctor who treats approximately 200 CRPC patients and 60 RCC patients, in addition to patients with urothelial, bladder, and testicular cancers. Discussion topics included treatment regimens and prescription patterns for Provenge, Zytiga, Xgeva, Sutent, and other therapies, as well as address topics of interest at the upcoming ASCO-GU conference.
January 10 - 13 (Las Vegas) - International Consumer Electronics Show
Advisors were available on-site for one-on-one meetings, guided tours and wrap-up calls.

Breakfast Meeting with president of a consulting company that monitors research activities at preclinical CROs. Discussion topics iincluded regulatory issues, compliance initiatives, vendor selection and outsoursing trends and pricing dynamics.
December 20, 2011 (New York) - Biostats Refresher
Lunch meeting with Attending Biostatistician at a major Cancer Center who specializes in clinical trial design, medical diagnostic tests and predictive model development. Discussion topics included: clinical trial protocol design and methods of statistical analysis and the changing role of biostatisticians within the trial process.
December 10, 2011 (San Diego) - Group Meetings at ASH Annual Meeting
Guidepoint Global hosted group meetings at the 2011 American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting. Topics included Leukemias & MDS, Hematologic Malignancies, Lymphomas & CLL, Multiple Myeloma and Myeloproliferative Disorders.
